Charlotte Snead, LCMHC

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Charlotte is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. She graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She also received a bachelor’s degree in communications from North Carolina State University.

Charlotte has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, personality disorders, interpersonal conflict, and difficult life transitions.

Charlotte uses a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
