Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who is deeply passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate the ups and downs of life. Specializing in evidence-based therapies, Rebecca ensures a safe and supportive space for clients to address life challenges and build resilience.
She earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Winston-Salem State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from North Carolina State University. Her clinical work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Rebecca specializes in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. Whether someone is adjusting to a new chapter, working through emotional pain, or seeking strategies for resilience, Rebecca meets them where they are.
Outside the therapy room, Rebecca enjoys expressing herself as a makeup artist, dancing, exploring new cuisines, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
