Breanna is a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist and has received additional training in using EMDR with children. She has experience working with preschool children, adolescents, teens, and young adults around a variety of concerns including trauma, OCD, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and depression.

Breanna understands that the challenges of life often move people away from others into places of isolation and shame. Her passion is walking alongside people in the midst of these places with an ultimate vision of helping clients to pursue life and relationships with renewed vibrancy. Since no two people are the same, Breanna approaches therapy with an eclectic mindset and uses techniques from a variety of modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Filial therapy. She also can integrate Christian counseling upon client request.

Breanna lives in Raleigh with her husband, three children, and  German Shepherd. She can most often be found at family living room dance parties, baking sweet treats, painting with watercolors, and exploring outdoors.

the following insurances...
