Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who is deeply passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate the ups and downs of life. Specializing in evidence-based therapies, Rebecca ensures a safe and supportive space for clients to address life challenges and build resilience.

 

She earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Winston-Salem State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from North Carolina State University. Her clinical work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She is also certified in both Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid.

Rebecca specializes in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions.

 

Whether someone is adjusting to a new chapter, working through emotional pain, or seeking strategies for resilience, Rebecca meets them where they are and walks alongside them on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

 

Outside the therapy room, Rebecca enjoys expressing herself as a makeup artist, dancing, exploring new cuisines, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her creative energy and genuine care shine through in her work, making her a trusted ally for those looking to build confidence and thrive.
