Charlotte is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. She graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She also received a bachelor’s degree in communications from North Carolina State University. Charlotte has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, personality disorders, interpersonal conflict, and difficult life transitions.

Mainly using a person-centered approach, Charlotte uses a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused CBT, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness. Based on the client’s needs, she aims to implement effective coping strategies and teach her clients skills that help them navigate and overcome their challenges.


Charlotte believes that using transparency with her clients plays a crucial role in creating a trusting and effective therapeutic relationship, which is why she takes a collaborative and compassionate approach that is tailored to each client’s individual needs. She is dedicated to
providing a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to promote personal growth.

Charlotte currently lives in Raleigh and is originally from eastern North Carolina. She enjoys spending time at the beach with her family going on boat rides, paddle boarding, and taking her giant dog named Moose for runs on the beach.
