Tracie Ottman is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. She graduated with honors from Liberty University in 2017 with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. She also received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Liberty University in 2012. Tracie enjoys working with couples and individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or addiction. Her greatest passion is to provide guidance on women's issues like displacement, death of a spouse, divorce, and empty nesting. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and takes a holistic approach to treatment.

 

Throughout her career, she has gained experience working with a variety of populations, including those assigned by the courts for substance abuse issues, family violence and anger management, as well as individual counseling with adolescents and adults. Most recently, she worked for the Department of Family and Children's Services in Texas connecting families with needed services in the community.

 

She understands that the body, mind, and spirit are all interconnected and must be treated as such in order to achieve lasting results. She has helped many people overcome their struggles and find happiness and peace in their lives.
